Acronis True Image Cloud 2016 Mac OS X not starting

Thread needs solution

Hello... I am experiencing difficulties when attempting to perform my first backup to the cloud.

The program freezes in the "Retrieving information" state and after many hours, no response and the "Start Backup" button is disabled.

System: MacBook Air (11" Early 2014) Processdor: 1.7 Ghz Intel Core i7 Memory 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Graphics: Intel HD 5000 1536 MB.
