I had Acronic True Image 2016 on my laptop I use for travel and it crashed. I am trying to get everything reinstalled and when I get to the step of entering the licence key and enter it, it ask for the previous key. I do not have a previous key. I would like to know what to do. Is there a phone number for support or a chat line?

Frederick, welcome to these user forums.

From what you have written, you have an upgrade license which requires that two license keys are entered, one for the 2016 version being installed and one for a previous qualifying version the upgrade was purchased based upon.

Try signing in to your Acronis Account online and look at your list of products - you should see if you have an earlier vesion of the product listed, and if so can get the serial / license key for this.

Alternatively, try signing in on the Account page with your Acronis Account credentials (email & password) and this will try to find the required keys from your account instead of having to enter them.

If you still have problems, then follow the Contact Support link in my signature and use the Live Chat feature of the support website to get help from Acronis - they are the only people who can verify your license keys and help in this area.
