additional license paid for but not received.

Thread needs solution

I purchased an additonal license on June 29.  Cleverbridge, Inc  Invoice 93815923 Paid by PayPal.  I downloaded the product and assembled it.  Acronis said I only had one license and asked if I wanted to transfer my old license to the new computer.  I did that sucessfully, but it crippled my old license on the old computer.  I have paid for an additonal PayPal invoice says  Acronis #93815923 $21.44  Pd June 29, 2016, please send a new license for the additional copy.

Thomas, sorry but this is purely a user forum with no access to any Acronis sales or licensing information.

You must contact Acronis Support directly on this issue - please see the link in my signature for 'How to get technical support'.

Ditto to Steve, please contact support.  I'd also recommend you remove your invoice #'s here too - too much info for an open forum.  A sneaky person could easily try to use this info to try and convice someone that they are you and try to transfer the key to another account.  Better to be safe than sorry.  The Internet is not a nice place and the less personal information (especially when it comes to financial stuff) you divulge to the WWW, the better.
