After newest upgrade download Apr 24, 2016, error logging in
I just did the latest update download today, and now when I start True image 2016, I am asked to log in, but get a message that an error occurred while trying to log in. If i put the WRONG password i, it tells me it is wrong, but my correct password gets the error telling me to try again later, which I have all day to no avail. What's up here? I need to use the program!

If it is the server, it is still down right now. Prior to this update, eaxc time I started True Image 2016, I was asked (offered) to log into the cloud, but I was able to dismiss that login and go directly to my local backups. I'll try again later and if the problem persists, I'll try the support site.

So, the problem remains, and the tech support site seems to want me to pay 20 bucks before they will "speak" to me because "MY" problem is beyond the 30 day warranty period for free tech support! The program worked fine before I downloaded and installed the latest update. Kind of gets me angry. I guess I will try to uninstall True imahe 2016 from my PC and reinstall it.
Any other suggestions before I uninstall acronis?

I uninstalled it and reinstalled the program, selecting the update as to be installed and it seems OK now.
The Acronis Tech support web page seems to be the absolute worse website I have ever seen. Wow! This forum site is great though. I appreciate this.
