all Syncs show exclamation mark

Thread needs solution

due to some recent warnings in the right lower corner of the screen I checked my syncs. all of them showed an exclamation mark in orange circle. no further hint or error message is to be seen. how may I solve this?

having deleted all syncs and recreated them was no improvement. is the sync function of Acronis TI 2016 deactivated somehow?

the only sync working is the default sync which I canot delete and which I never used.

Hi,

The syncs in Acronis True Image 2016 are only available through cloud, and as far as I see, you have Acronis True Image 2016 which is a product without subscription to cloud, so, unfortunately, it's impossible to use this functionality. I am sorry for that inconvenience.
