Anmeldung nach erneuter Installation schlägt fehl
Hallo zusammen,
ich habe Acronis True Image 2016 neu installiert. Seit dem kann ich mich nach dem ersten Programmstart nicht anmelden. Username und Passwort sind richtig, jedoch erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung:
"Beim Anmelden ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut."
Ich habe es nun innerhalb 6 Stunden mehrmals versucht, aber die Fehlermeldung bleibt. Was kann ich tun?

I am exactly according to your guidance proceeded, but the error is the same. What else could I do?
I have tested to create a new account, but also there is the same error.

Frank, have you been able to sign in to your Acronis Account on the main Acronis.com website with the same user credentials, i.e. email address and password? This should also show that you have the correct account by seeing your ATI 2016 product listed for the account.

Hello!
I have the same problem. And at the moment TrueImage starts automatically with windows, I get the message "Connection to the Activationserver fails".
Opening afterwards Trueimage I see, that it is not activated (17 days remaining).
I did the same procedure with reinstalling as mentioned.

Frank, please check that you do not have a Proxy server configured for your Internet connection as this is a known restriction with Acronis activation which will not work when a proxy is involved!

Frank, please check that you can sign in to your Acronis account on the main acronis.com website to prove your credentials are correct and that you see your licenced product shown there.
If you still have problems with activation, then you will need to open a Support Case directly with Acronis Support as only they can validate your licence information.

Hello Steve, I took a look at my Account, all is still there as I licensed it.
I sent a Support Case from within my Acronis Account: I hope they will help, because as I know, TrueImage 2016 is not longer supported.

Frank, if you don't get help via your current Support Case, then try again but submit as a PreSales / Licensing issue, which this is.
We have enjoyed visiting Austria on holiday many times, visiting Schladming (but not for skiing) - the drive from Munich past Salzburg is some of the most beautiful scenery!
