any official word on the Aconis Recovery Tab? (Explorer->Right click->Properties->Acronis Recovery)

Thread needs solution

Running Windows 10 + ATI 2016.  Acronis Recovery tab is blank.  Uninstalled and confirmed this removed the tab, then reinstalled and that added the tab back.

Some statements (speculation?) that I have seen is that this functionality is removed.  Which is it?  I personally like this funcionality.

I am also running Windows 10 + ATI 2016 (6027 build) and do not see any Acronis Recovery tab within the ATI 2016 main application panel or when using Windows Explorer and right-clicking on either a drive or an Acronis image?

What I do see, are two options on the main Backup panel at the bottom of each successful backup task, one for Recover disk and the second for Recover files, which allow for the recovery of the entire, selected parts or individual files from the selected backup image.  See attached screen capture.

Hi Everyone,

the problem that you describe is a known one and we are working on it.

Thank you,

Any news on this bug?

So far for me 2016 is a MAJOR step backwards from 2013.  For example, I can no longer view comments within the TIB file with 2016!!!!

Why would you remove that feature?????
