Anybody missing computers on dashboard?

Thread needs solution

Originally I had all 5 of my computers on the dashboard.  The same computers are on the network as before, but two of the computer names are gone now from the dashboard. 

The previous backups are there - and you can create new backups.  There just seems to be some kind of disconnect between the machines and the dashboard.

Alan, please see KB document: 56772: Acronis True Image Cloud: Troubleshooting Family Dashboard as a starting point, but if you still have issues after that, you will need to contact Acronis Support as we have no ability to help with Acronis Cloud related problems.
