ATI 2016: backup timestamp for filenames like ATI 2010 and startup entries...

Thread needs solution

Hi everybody,

I bought ATI 2016 today after using ATI 2010 for more than 5 years. However, I'm missing a few options that I really would like to continue using like with ATI 2010.

Is it possible to rename the created backup TIB files with a timestamp? I know this topic is old and there is a thread here:
https://forum.acronis.com/forum/73586

However, this doesn't seem to work for the 2016 version.

And I have another question about the Acronis Autostart entries, which I found here:
https://forum.acronis.com/forum/38499

This says:
"Acronis Scheduler Helper" DISABLE. Notifies the scheduler of logon/logoff events
"Acronis Tib Mounter" DISABLE. You won't be able to mount images.
"Acronis True Image Monitor" DISABLE. You won't see the system tray and the notifications

I found out, that even if I disable "Acronis Tib Mounter" (TibMounterMonitor.exe) from the startup entries, I am still able to click on TIB-images in Windows 7-64 and browse through the files using Windows Explorer. So why do I really need TibMounterMonitor.exe?
Or did I understand the "mounting image" part wrong?

And sorry for my "bad" German English...

Alex

(I am using Windows 7 - 64Bit and the Acronis True Image 2016 build 5586 from today)

AlexG,
Currently in both 2015 and 2016, the only way to get the date and time is per the link which you referenced above.
Post #5 shows how for 2015 & 2016 via a script edit using Notepad.

Thank you for your answer GroverH!
I was now able to change the backup filename to something like that:
Drive_C_D_2015-08-31_full_b1_s1_v1.tib

I would have preferred the following filename without the "_full_b1..." at the end:
Drive_C_D_2015-08-31.tib

But this doesn't seem to work. Anyway... it's better than before now.

@GroverH
Can you tell me what I need "TibMounterMonitor.exe" autostart entry for? Obviously not for mounting backup images using Windows Explorer. I've disabled this startup entry and it is still possible to double click on a backup image and browse through the files there.
And it's also possible to right click on a tib-file, select "Mount" from the context menu and mount the image as a drive into Windows Explorer.
If you know more about this "TibMounterMonitor.exe", I would be very thankful!

Thank you for your help so far!
