ATI 2016 crashes on Windows 10

Thread needs solution

I am trying to evalute TrueImage 2016 for my use. Unfortunately I can't get it to work. Clean install on a well functioning windows 10 pro 64 but laptop and as when I try to setup a test backup it seems to work until I get to options section, then it crashes. I get the Trueimage.exe has stopped working. 

I have 30 years experience and multiple certifications and I know Arcronis makes good products I use their other products on several of my clients but I have tried 8 times to get this to run and it fails in the same spot every time. 
 

I would like to test this but at this rate I have to take this product off my list. Surely it does work for someone but not for me at this time. 

Unless someone knows a fix I have to move on.

The obvious suggestions to make are probably things that you have already tried, such as disabling security programs during the install, running as Administrator, whitelisting the Acronis binaries in security programs etc.
