ATI 2016 Crashing

Thread needs solution

I upgraded from Windows 7, with ATI 2014 installed, to the Windows 10 where I have been running the Windows 10 Insider Preview.

I recently upgraded ATI to 2016 and now the True Image software crashes upon loading. I've tried changing the graphics processor from the Intel integrated graphics to the nvidia graphics processor with no success.

The Windows 10 preview upgraded to build 10525 overnight and that has not resolved the issue either.

Please find attached the dump file for when True Image crashes.

The event viewer log of the crash is following:

ntdll is a Windows system file. Check to make sure that your nvidia driver is the most current as listed on their website. You might also run Windows System File Checker from an admin command prompt
(sfc /scannow).

If ntdll.dll was an issue, then Windows wouldn't be working.

To clarify, there is nothing wrong with the Windows installation. The fault lies with ATI 2016.

Just a reminder that W10:10525 is a preview build and there are some things that have become broken, for example it no longer recognises my antivirus and firewall are working on log in (ESET), it also randomly tells me I have a backup task running (AB11.5).
