ATI 2016 Mac Bootcamp Full Backup Fails

Thread needs solution

My 2010 Mac Book Pro running El Capitan and Windows 10 (November release) Bootcamp  is running fine however AIT complains that the disks are corrupt when I try to do a full Mac backup.  When I run the mac disk utility on the drive it complains, while checking the EFI system partition's file system that problems were found with the partition map which might prevent booting.  ATI gives the following error when I attempt a backup:

2015-12-22T01:07:51.642 | 2 | 0x13c | 0x0000 | Operation: Consolidation
2015-12-22T01:07:51.643 | 2 | 0x064 | 0x000b | Priority changed to Low.
2015-12-22T01:07:57.331 | 4 | 0x017 | 0x0810 | 0xa61565b622786d8d | Failed to enumerate directory 'EFI:/EFI/Microsoft/Boot/bg-BG/'. It may be corrupted or does not exist, please check disk for errors. |

Is there a way to fix these without causing more damage and rendering my Mac unbootable?  Again, the Mac is booting fine into both Mac and Windows.

Thanks
