Automatic Clone Option Goes Straight To A Reboot Window - Cloning does not happen

Thread needs solution

Have fully activated copy of ATI 2016.
Installed with no issues.
System Windows 8.1 with all available important & optional updates installed.
Laptop Toshiba Satellite Pro C850. Intel i5-3210M @ 2.5GHz 64bit OS. 12GB Ram
System report attached along with screen shots of the process followed.
Followed the Automatic clone wizard up to pressing the final 'proceed' button at which point the cloning status window opens and almost immediately it is interrupted by a another window to either 'Cancel' the process or Reboot, stating you must reboot now. The cloning status window behind does not change and so followed the command to reboot - it reboots but nothing happens once system open again.

Have uninstalled/reloaded the software 3 times with no effect - NO cloning happens.

It might be worth trying the clone action from the bootable media as then you'll get a potentially more useful log that might shed light on what's gone wrong.

Assuming the clone fails then just click the "Logs" (might be "Log") button.

Perform the clone operation after booting the machine from the Recovery Media which you can create from inside the Windows installed True Image application. Much safer and should work for you.
