Back up full error message when not full

Thread needs solution

After a couple months of flawless back up, I am now getting an error message saying the back up disk is full.  In fact it is far from full.  I set up the program using default setting.

Can anyone help me?

Craig, please provide some screen shots and some of the latest service log files (found in C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs) - you can also download the Log File Viewer app from the link in my signature below and use this to look at the logs.

Have you manually deleted any of your backup files from the backup drive using Windows Explorer - if so then the Acronis Database files will be out of synchronisation with the actual status of your backup files and you will need to Validate your backup task to reconcile the database with the actual status of the files.
