Backup failed.

Thread needs solution

I'm running Acronis TI 2016 on Windows 10.  I just updated Acronis to the latest build.  I backed up my C: drive (an SSD) onto an external USB Seagate HD with plenty of room.  The Backup completed, but after the verification finished, I received an on screen message: your backup has failed.  So what do I do when the backup fails.

Please download the Log File Viewer app from the link in my signature below and use this to take a look at the messages that are recorded for you backup task, this will provide more details of what the actual problem was.

Post a copy of the log file if you need help understanding the content.
