Backup Failed

Thread needs solution

Receive error that file system error is found. I ran disk checker and defrag. checked the disk with the manufacturer tool. Shows disk is OK. Not sure what is issue? PLease advise?

Ed, create an Acronis System Report (zip file) then extract the disks.txt report file from the zip file and look if the letter 'E' is shown in the right most side of the list of disks / partitions at the top of the report?  E = Error in the report.  If present then upload the disks.txt file to this forum topic using the File > Upload option below.
