Backup fails
I've used Acronis True Image Home since 2010, upgrading each year. My complaint, product becomes more involved and downloadable manuals become harder to decipher and lacking in details. This has bit me several times. Now it happened again. Before I proceed I need to leave my "rant" because I have successfully backed up (full backup) and, successfully restored the image on a number of occasions. This is greatest compliment I can make.
Moving on, the 2016 full backup HAD worked with no problem since using this version. I have had no occasion to need to restore, at least yet. Backup full backup job worked fine up until my last backup on Nov. 29, 2015.
The reason for the failure was clear. The destination was the same external hard drive I always used but the drive designation was changed to a different letter letter label (no need to explain why this changed - not by me.) Without knowing this, the backup failed for the obvious reason - destination drive was incorrect. There was no way, that I could figure out, how to edit my existing backup scheme without creating a new backup scheme. I tried this choosing, as before, the entire PC backup approach and specifying the changed destination drive. I run it and the backup fails with message (no error code) that the source drive was not specified. How can this be done - no option allows this with full backup of entire drive. I tried to then used the drive/partition backup. This does NOT show even the C: system drive, only the external drive!!! How do I fix this? I installed the next build of Acronis 2016, as suggested in knowledge base, but the result is the same. I still want to use the entire PC option.

I am using Win7 and have been a user of Acronis TI since its inception. Currently running 2016 premium. Have 4 drives at present:
1 - CDE SSD Crucial 500G
2 - FG - 1 TB
3. H - 2 TB
4. I - 3 TB
Also subscribed recently to Cloud for 1 year. Decided to try a full backup of all drives to the Acronis Cloud. Since it was going to take 3 weeks decided against it after 7 days running. Now cannot get my other backups to removable drives to schedule and do their task or delete the Cloud Information. Feel I should have never have bought the Cloud option. Way to slow. Have a 50/5 ethernet internet through Time Warner.
Thinking about unstalling Acronis completely and starting over. What do you recommend I do. An immediate solution would be appreciated since I am totally unprotected if any of my drives would fail. AcronisSystemReport attached.
