Backup is not possible anymore / unknown user or passwort

Good morning,

I want to make a backup from my NAS (Synology) and I`ve got the message that it is

not possible to connect to the folder because of missing/wrong user or password (enclosed a picture

from the message)

If I choose the folder and the destination I have no problems to get access. The programm is also

able to calculate the size of the folder etc.

I see that many other user have this problem too but I cannot find a solution.

Can anybody helping me ?

Have a look at the link below.  In the link you will see instructions on where credentials are stored and how to clear them.  Those steps should resolve the issue.
