Bad or Inaccessible location at sector 88,348,672

More problems with ATI 2016 receiving error Bad or Inaccessible location at sector 88,348,672 on my Samsung SSD 850 Pro, ran Samsung Magician and it finds no errors, ran chkdsk /r and it found no errors, and ran DiskFresh and it finds nothing.
ATI2016 was working then suddenly this, ATI2013 was working great I only upgraded due to upcoming plans to allow win10 upgrade.
This is really frustating its been one problem after another for ATI2016, I am getting tired of uninstalling and reinstalling it and having to recreate all my backups over and over.
Any idea's about the Bad or Inaccessible location at sector 88,348,672?
