Boot up corruption on imaged PC

Thread needs solution

Been using Acronis True Image 2016 for about 6 months. During the 6 months I have imaged about 100 laptops with 3 different images (model laptops). Now I have had 5 different laptops that came back to me because the laptop doesn't past the bios screen - startup has been corrupted.

The process I take before deploying the image on the laptop is I will format the drive wiping of all data. Is there more of a process I should take before deploying the image/creating or is it something more on the end of user error? Are the images more sensitive on improper shutdowns/lose of power?

Anthony, please take a read at the post by Bobbo at http://forum.acronis.com/forum/115968#comment-345990 where he outlines the different options that can be needed to ensure you end up with a bootable laptop.
