Bought TI Cloud, but backup is on expired trial version of TI Cloud

Thread needs solution

I bought TI 2016 and TI Cloud simultaneously.  I didn't realize that there is a trial version of TI Cloud that installs with TI 2016.  Now have 450GB on the trial Cloud version that needs to move to the one i paid for.  But, i can't get find a way to register/activate the trial version.  It will only let me update (for a fee).  I've tried downloading the package and reinstalling, but all i can get it the trial version.  Thoughts?  I've got 28 days and the clock is ticking . . .  :)
