BUG: Backup Manger

Thread needs solution

I opened Backup manager and my devices were listed; I then clicked on the Sync icon and got the following error message:

This has happened twice (using latest build of FireFox).

Update: Same thing happens with latest build of Chrome.

I would be most pleased to do so but Acronis is now refusing to load. Tried three times and nothing happens. The relevant services are still running so it will not impact on backups.

Will try a reboot and see what happens.

I bought this programm yesterday but the tools acroniszone and recovery manager don't work. I asked for a refund and the money was refunden at once. I had the same problem with sandboxie these programms made my PC chrashed.
