build 6559 deleting backups as part of a successful Job
I have 2016 home and installed build 6559 on my Win 10 pc with all current updates which access an NAS. My backups all finish successfully however, I noticed that other backup tibs disappeared without any error messages. I tracked it down to 1 job completing (JobA) and deleting other job's files (JobB_Full.tib and JobC_Full.tib) as if they are old version that were part of the automatic cleanup. JobA finishes and is on the NAS and at the bottom of the notification email, it says deleting JobB_Full.tib and JobC_Full.tib.
Is there a function to link separate jobs that I might have set? More importantly, a way to unlink JobA or unlink all jobs as this was never my intention?
Prior to 6559, I never lost files. I have deleted and recreated the jobs. Then deleted and created new jobs with different names. They all failed. I am currently running with a new location as well.
Any ideas?

Jbkbob,
This sounds like an automatic cleanup rule set in the backup task options. Since these are full backups and you wish to retain them you need to set the task to Do Not Schedule in the Task Options during the BAckup Task creation process. While defining the Backup Task look to the bottom of the GUI for an Options button. Choosing that will allow you to set scheduling or disable it.

This problem can also be caused if the Acronis database files have got corrupted or out of sync with your backup images due to deleting some backups outside of the Acronis GUI or changing source or destination drive or folder settings for an active task.
If the problem persists, I would recommend doing a clean install of ATIH 2016 then recreating your backup tasks again. I would also recommend that you create separate folders on your NAS for each separate backup task.
Note: a clean install = uninstall then run the Acronis Cleanup Tool (link below), reboot, then install again.
