Can I speak to anyone in Personal Products sales support?
HI,
I have Acronis True Image 2016 and am considering an upgrade to True Image 2017 with Cloud storage. I have some questions about the product and my current subscription, but cant find a number to actually speak to someone in sales!
Can anyone help me please? I'm based in the UK.

FYI...
Subscription license = full support with telephone option. Free "major" version upgrades (which happen once per year - usually). Typcially comes with some Cloud storage, and other cloud features too. HOWEVER, if you don't renew subscriptions, the backup functionality of the product ends when the subscription does. You can still recover existing LOCAL backups though. Typcially cheaper to use a subscription if you plan to renew it regularly each year.
Perpetual license = full support via chat or email (no telephone). Free "minor" version upgrades for the life of the version you purchase. There are no "major version" upgrades unless a new major version comes out within 30 days of your purchase. You have full functionality of the software forever (as long as your OS supports it) for that major version. Cloud features are not included by default, but you can still purchase additional cloud storage options. Costs slightly more than a subscritpion, but upgrade prices are still very good - especially during certain times of the year when it is on sale or when you receive special offers in the mail for being an existing customer.
