Cannot Backup to local media because cloud subscription is expired
I would like to use ATI 2016, to backup to local media, like I always do. Yet I cannot because the cloud subscription that I never have used is expired. How can I use ATI 2016 to back up to local media?

Absolutely it works without the cloud. On the cloud login screen, just hit the X in the upper right corner.

It is good to know that i can use it without the cloud, but I don't get a cloud log in screen. When I open ATI 2016, it auto logs into the cloud, with the message that my cloud subscription has expired. The only X in the upper right corner, shut down ATI 2016. I have tried several times installing and uninstalling, with the internet connected and disconnected, and I get to the same spot everytime.
Is there a file or folder that needs to be removed manually before I reinstall again, so it doesn't automatically login to the cloud? I tried removing the onlinebackup folder, that had a folder with my login email in it, from the appdata folder, but that automatically reappeared the next time I opened ATI 2016. Thanks

Here's a link on uninstalling ATI 2015...the procedure also applies to ATI 2016. The cleanup utility also works on ATI 2016. This will completely remove ATI 2016 and allow for a fresh install.

I can now close the cloud sign in box, and it now works the way I remember . That cleanup tool did the trick. Thank you very much.
