Can't Delete Backup Job
I have just signed-up for True Image 2016 Cloud (3 Computers), after a trial periiod.
For some reason, I have ended-up with two Cloud backups (and 1 disk backup) on my Windows 10 PC - all work fine though I can't seem to get rid on the surplus backup - I have tried deleting it but it keeps coming back and running (even though I have also tried re-setting the schedule to 'no schedule' and resetting the 'cleanup' option to keep the backups for just one day.
On my Windows 8 PC, I have one disk backup and one cloud backup, both of which work fine.
On my Macbook Pro, the disk backup works fine and I did have a functioning cloud backup during the trial period.
However, I deleted the Cloud backup (as ther only way to rename it) and attemps to create a new backup job get stuck in 'Retrieving Details' mode.
Looking at the list of Cloud jobs (for the 2 PCs) on the MAC, they have out-of-date names which suggests that the MAC is not making contact with the Acronis server at all.
I am sort-of assuming that the problem on the MAC is related to the surplus backup on the W10 PC (using-up my 3 licences) though that may not be the case.
I have, of course, tried re-installing the software.
I have raised an email 'support ticket' for this but am still awaiting a response 2 days later.
In the first instance, how do I get rid of the surpllus cloud backup?

See if this helps... stop all of the acronis services in computer mamagement temporarily (just so Acronis is stopped and all is not running).
Then naviagate to the HIDDEN folder C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Scripts. Inside are yoru backup scripts. You can open them in notepad to view the content. The name of your backup task should show up as something like this (but will match the name you created).
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<batch>
<version>1.0</version>
<uuid>B4DC9602-7027-23D3-2947-0E0EE225755A</uuid>
<display>MY_PC_OS_CLOUD</display>
<priority>normal</priority>
<stage>
If it does, once you've found the correct one, delete that .tis file from the script folder.
Then, before you do anything else, log into your cloud account through the web browser. Locate the offending cloud backup that you want to get rid of and follow the screenshots in this thread: https://forum.acronis.com/forum/116226#comment-347056
Essentially, you set the cleanup settings to the bare minimum, then run a "cleanup" on the task in the cloud. When the cleanup is done, then try to delete the offending task in the cloud and hopefully it's gone for good thanks in part to the cleanup being run first and also because the task is gone on the local machine.
I personally would alos rename C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\OnlineBackup to C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\OnlineBackup.old and this folder will automatically get recreated when Acronsi launches again, but perhaps leave this alone first and see how it goes as is...
Once it's gone from the Cloud, you can reboot your machine to start all the services you stopped earlier (a reboot is good anyway) and see how it goes.
