Cant finish the backup job

When i make a new backup job it runs all the way to 90% or so and then it wants to merge the backup files and thats the point where it fails.

 

I did the following:

make new backup job-> select source partitions->destenation SMB (freenas server with login)->run the job

when its done it sais in the e-mail: completed with errors and the error is that it cant lock the files to merch them

I also tryd :

make new backup job-> select source partitions->destenation FTP (freenas server with login)->run the job

and the result is the same.

 

For some reason one windows 7 pc could finish correctly but all others cant... this windows 7 pc was connected via FTP 

Also with a windows 10 pc, after it faild, it tryd again and couldnt find a file version 15... When i click brouwse and select version 15 it just asks for it again...

 

Does anyone have a idea whats going wrong?

i think i found what was the problem... i created a newly installed VM with windows 7 and it finished the first time without problems... so im thinking of removing acronis and reinstalling it... but most of the settings will remain... so im looking for a cleaner script for acronis... to fully remove also the settings it had.... and then it should work ok.
