Can't get logged in to Acronis from Standalone ATI 2016 to move licens

Thread needs solution
I'm in the middle of installing software to a new computer. Trying to move one of my licenses

to the new PC...I can't get logged into Acronis to move the license. I am using the correct credentials

as I can get logged into my Acronis account via the Web. Just cannot get logged in to Acronis from

the ATI 2016 application to move the license to the new PC. I am assuming the server has an issue

(11/30/2017 at 2352 PST / 12/01/2017 at 0752 UTC)...Can someone please let Acronis know as

there appears to be no way of contacting them (Unless you pay them money).

Hello DaveI,

Thank you for your posting! As far as I understand you are trying to sign in to your personal account in Acronis True Image 2016 and the operation fails (do you get any error message? would you post a couple of screenshots?)

Generally I'd suggest starting with the troubleshooting steps listed in Acronis True Image: Sign In at Program Start Fails, which help in most of the cases. If the issue persist, Acronis always offers technical support for the activation issues. To submit a ticket, go to https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/contact-us/ and select "Trial\Presales\Licensing questions".

Thank you,

It worked immediately (first time) several hours after I posted this...There was nothing done different on my

end. It was a server or connectivity problem on Acronis end. Thanks.
