Can't login to my Acronis True Image account to run product.

Thread needs solution

Hi,

Having just purchased, I'd like to get going...

I have the correct login email and password details, but each time I carefully enter them, the system tells me:

(quote)

An error occurred while signing in. Please try again later. View Knowledge Base article.

(unquote)

Unfortunately I was unable to find any relevant Knowledge Base article when I searched for one.

Is there a way to resolve this issue?

If so, can someone please inform me how.

P.S. I already once successfully changed my account password but this did NOT resolve the issue.

Hello Alfred, this is a known and ongoing problem that was first reported yesterday but will require action from the Acronis Support people as we have no control over this in these user forums.
