Can't mount incremental backup on NAS

Hi,

I can't mount my incremental backups on my Synology DS415+ NAS, why? They always get validated automatically after each backup, and I did it just now again without errors. 

What I can do, is mounting the full backup versions without a problem, but not the incremental via context menue:

right click-> true image-> mount

 

Could someone explain me why? I type the password in and shortly after this-> error. I don't want to go over the file recovery option, I would like to examine them in the explorer.

True Image is useless for me if I can't access all my files.

Johannes, what build version of ATIH 2016 are you using?  Ideally you should be using build 6581 which is the latest version available and has fixes for most known problems.

Next, what type of backup are you trying to mount from your NAS?

Are you able to see the problem backup file on your NAS using Windows Explorer?  If so, have you tried double-clicking on the file, and does it open in Explorer?
