Can't open the product

When I try to start Tue Image 2016 I receive a popup "Cannot create database" and I cannot go any further. The program won't open. Running Windows 10

I have tried a Repair but I get the same result. I'm guessing that I'll have to uninstall and reinstall the program?

Does anyonmg have any ideas please?

I have seen other posts where the only solution seems to be a repair or clean install. Since you have done the repair i would suggest you try a clean intall. There is no 2016 clean utility that I am aware of but many posters have had success with the 2015 version.
