Can't sign in to change PCs

Thread needs solution

Hi,

TI 2016 5 PCs.

I haven't used it for years but now want to so need to take a license from a PC I don't have now to a new PC.

Every time I sign in it says and error occurred try later and see Knowledge base.

I need to clone urgently how can I do this?
