Catch 22 on product support for 2016

Thread needs solution

I bought an upgrade to TIH 2016. I registered the serial and have the email thanking me for registering. My product page shows 2013, 2014 and  2015 - no 2016.

None of my cleverbridge keys are accepted for product registration. (0 of 1 keys registered)

I can only select 2015 as my product; doing so tells me support has expired.

What the heck am I supposed to do?
