Cloning but True Image Does not See MX200

Thread needs solution

I am trying to clone a Win10 Pro system on an older 1st Gen Samsung 840 (480GB TLC) drive to a Crucial MX200 1TB drive.

MX200 has older firmware so i updated it too but still didn't help.

I have tried everything so far from leaving the MX200 as unformatted to formatting it to NTFS to cleaning the drive in diskpart. The drive is seen in HD Sentinel, Disk Manager, and Windows Explorer. But True Image 2016 does not see the actual drive.

True Image 2016 sees every other drive in my server (23 total) from dynamic (RAID0) to basic disks but does not see the MX200 even though my PC sees the MX200.

I have tried cloning tool and making a backup file and in every way the MX200 is not seen in True Image 2016. The drive does not show up any where from what i can tell.

Any Idea on how to make True Image see the drive?

"True Image 2016 sees every other drive in my server (23 total) from dynamic (RAID0) to basic disks but does not see the MX200 even though my PC sees the MX200."

Are you running ATI 2016 on a server system, and if so, what version of Windows OS is ATI running on?

Are you using the ATI 2016 bootable Rescue Media to try to do the clone?

If you are using the recovery media, the recommended way to clone, is there an option to "Add disk"? If so that may solve the problem.

weird. I came back now today and it magically appeared in True image. I didn't change anything since then and now the mx200 showed up and i was able to clone. Weird. Never changed a thing but it showed up today. :/
