I an using a trial version of the backup cloud. I have tried to use the dashboard to get into the cloud a few times now. I am seeing the message 'Connecting to Backup Cloud...' for a few minutes. Then I see 'Failed to onnect to Backup Cloud. Please try again later.' After waiting until another part of the day, several hours later, the same thing happens. Is this an indication of a down server, or on that day, is the system not able to keep up with demand?

This problem might be related to the closed TCP/IP ports on your computer that don't allow the connection to our servers.

Use this utility to find out if anything is blocking your connection. If it does, the utility will give a corresponding Knowledge base article.
