Thread needs solution

I've received an email from Acronis thanking me for trying their Cloud storage free for 30 days.  I don't know what I did to enroll in that service.  I DO NOT WANT TO USE CLOUD storage.  How can I cancel this unwanted arrangement?

Richard, there should be no need for you to do anything about your 30 day free trial of Acronis Cloud, even if you have not used the service.  You may get a couple more emails to tell you that any data you may have stored in the cloud will be deleted automatically after a further 30 days.

This issue has been raised with Acronis development previously but it would help if you would use the Feedback tool (in the Help section) to add your comments on this issue.
