Cloud Activation

Thread needs solution

I bought the Cloud Service this week.  It does not appear in my account for some reason.  When I bought ATI 2016 it had a trial version and I upgraded to Cloud Storage.  I can access my account fine, just can't get the Cloud working.

I got an email which is attached showing that I bought the Cloud Service.
