Cloud backup fails due to a problem file

Thread needs solution

Cloud backup is failing due to "Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software" How can I determine what file is the culprit? Malware Bytes found no threats. Thanks in advance for any help.

George, please download the MVP Log Viewer tool (link in my signature below) and use this to review the log file for your backup operation. This should provide more information on why you are seeing any notification messages?
