Cloud login at startup

Thread needs solution

Every time I start the program it starts with a login screen, requiring me to login to Acronis Cloud. I close this screen every time.

The reason I do not use the cloud option is that I only have a very slow internet connection. Backing up one PC would take about three weeks.

I bought the program without the cloud option, so why it is requiring me to log in every time? Can I turn this off?

Hello,

As I understand, when you run Acronis true Image 2016, you have a window, which propose to log in to your account.

I will be glad to answer all your questions.

An Acronis account is required when you:

  • Register an Acronis product.
  • Back up to Acronis Cloud.
  • Synchronize your data.
  • Archive your data.

You also have information about new versions of the product. You can ignore this message, but every time when you run the application it will appear.

First 30 days after the purchase of the product you have trial version of Cloud subscription, so you have a possibility to test it.

Unfortunately, we can't turn it off, if you don't wand to close it every time, you can juste use your account and you don't have to use Cloud in this case.

Best regards,
Svetlana
