Cloud Not Available
Thread needs solution
I am trying to access my cloud data to restore files but I consistently get a "not available" response from the site or the page just times out. In the desktop program, my cloud backups show that they are successful. I also notice that when I go to the Devices list in the cloud, it does not show any. If I try to Add Device it just downloads the desktop setup and tries to uninstall Acronis. I have uninstalled and resintalled Acronis and was actually able to access my files once immediately after I did that a few days ago. But my computer has never shown up in the devices list.
