Cloud restoration is wrong backup

Thread needs solution

Backing up 3 machines at home to Acronis Cloud using TI2016, my laptop (W10) on Monday nights, my desktop (W7) on Wednesday nights and another desktop (W10) on Tuesday nights. The W10 desktop hard drive had crashed so I replaced it with same size drive and then went to restore it using TI2016 rescue boot media.

It booted fine, logged into cloud account, selected which backup to restore from, selected which day to restore (Tuesday July 19th, last backup before drive crash), selected entire drive and partitions and completed the restore. Booted machine the following day and it blue screened on boot up. After a few tries realized that it was booting W7 on this W10 desktop. For some reason it had restored my desktop's drive instead of the one for this desktop, even though I selected the W10 desktop.

So I wiped the new drive, booted back into rescue media and no matter which of the 3 machines or restore days  I select once I get to the drive selection screen I always see the same 600gb drive, which matches the size of the one in my W7 desktop. The laptop and the other desktop both have 1TB drives. Yet if I go to my browser and login to the Acronis Cloud I can see the backups for each machine, expand the drives and see the backed up file and folders.

Any reason for what would be preventing me from seeing all 3 drives when using the rescue media? I've been working with Acronis tech support via e-mail but it's a slow and painful process. I'm a Sr. SysAdmin with 20 years IT experience so it's not like I don't know my way around a computer.

Steve, have you tried downloading the correct laptop disk backup image from the Cloud to a local drive and then restoring it from that drive?
