I can not create a boot disk because I get message saying no empty media found after process starts.

DVD has over 4G available. Can any one help? I am using true image 2016 latest update.

Gary, are you trying to use a previously written DVD?  If so, you need to start with a fresh one (even it it says it's DVD +-RW).  Otherwise, you may have a bad disc (or discs) and/or something going on with the writer itself.

I would suggest not using a DVD as these types of write errors with any media creation are more common, plust the DVD boot media is the slowest and less likely to hold up overtime.  Instead, if possible, try using a USB flash drive instead - they are relatively cheap now (2GB or less is all you need, but 8Gb and 16GB USB 3.0 drives can be found cheap too).  It can be USB 3.0 or 2.0, but if you have UsB 3.0 ports, get a USB 3.0 flash drive to compliment the speed.
