Thread needs solution

Immediately after installation this worked once, then after that, product never recognizes USB drives, whether USB 2 or USB 3.

Tried repairing installation, etc...

I think that we will need some more information here to try to help you.

What OS are you running on?
Do you have the latest build 6027 for ATIH 2016?
Can you see and access your USB drive(s) from Windows Explorer?
What steps are you actually performing when you have this problem?
Are any error messages given?
Does everything else with ATIH 2016 work correctly?

Sorry for the list but need to try to understand this problem in context with where it happens.

Windows 7-64 64G Ram

OS sees drives yes latest build

Open app, select tools, select create recovery media, select either Linux or WinPE no USB drive appears. Only DVD Rom and ISO.

That's about it.
Thanks,

Larry

I just reinstalled once more. The error is: Failed to create bootable media

followed by: Failed to update boot sector

Link to KB with error code...which goes to  a dead link

I think this is related to Sandisk drives. I just tried a couple other brands and it seems to be working.

I will let you know as I discover more.

Ok, thanks for the additional information, this showed up previous reports involving Sandisk drives, please see:
