Daily Cloud e-mails "cloud backup files deleted"

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I have never used the cloud service of Acronis, though it did install and register when I was using a trial. I am receiving daily e-mails that I cannot find a way to turn off telling me that my cloud backup has been deleted.

How do I stop this? I can't delete the cloud "trial" repository and it's pissing me off.

It appears there is an issue with Acronis Cloud servers since yesterday.  Many users are recieving cloud expiration notices and/or can't run their cloud backups at this time (those with cloud serivce).

Normally, you should still be able to log into the cloud online (https://cloud-wr-us1.acronis.com/enterprise/login/login.htm).  From there, you should be able to delete existing cloud backups.  With the server, problem, this may be causign more difficulty.  You should still be able to open a support case with Acronis since this refers to the Cloud and not a local PC issue.  Unfortunately, this is a user forum, and we MVP's are just volunteers and have no control or access to any cloud services either.

18623: How to get Technical Support: Tips, Tricks and Useful Information

Contact Support via Chat

Thanks Bobbo.

Unfortunately I cannot lodge a support request because all of the options are greyed out. I get a message saying that my "support period has expired" or similar.... even though I purchased TI 2014 and 2016 in Apr 2016.

Maybe the website is messed up at the moment....

Just pick a different type for the support.  Instead of "techncial support" pick "customer care"  and then "registration and account issues".  You won't need to provide a login.
