Thread needs solution

I always get a Failed to Connect to Cloud message when trying you access the dashboard.  This happens on any computer I use or my iPad.

I get exactly the same issue, regardless of which device I use at home or at work. Support keep asking me to send various logs but my point is, this is about logging on from anywhere and retrieving my data, not looking at local log files... lets pretend my main PC has died, I just want to pull down the data right? Well I can't.

2 weeks of support and no resolution, really disappointed in this 2016 product so far.
