Dashboard

Thread needs solution

I usen Acronis on 3 PCs in the network. Dashboard shows my actual PC as offline. In reality it is in the network. How can this happen?

Please ensure that you have used the same user credentials to sign in on the ATIH 2016 GUI Account page and that these match your Acronis account credentials.

If you still have problems with the Dashboard then you should open a support case directly with Acronis as we have no access to the systems that Acronis uses for these Cloud functions.
