Dashboard failure in new Acronis True Image 2016 Cloud build 5518

A bit of a guess here but I attempted to look into this error a bit and from what I can find this error is related to http connection with the Acronis Cloud server. It indicates that the requested service page cannot be found commonly seen as a 404 error. Not much help but is the best answer to your question that I can find.

I have reported a similar issue when in the Dashboard and click on the Sync icon.

Since the Sync feature is Cloud based your experience with the error is indeed related.

Facing the same issue here
Error message since Friday

Spent hours with support yesterday and they said they hadn't heard of any other remarks from customers... strange.

I too believe the solutions needs to be found at Acronis' side but support guy spent a lot of time investigating my computer and generated all kinds of reports (procmon pcap, system report...) to try and find the reason.

I hope it will be solved soon.

FYI : it doens't matter whether you try to access dashboard via acronis program or whether you try surfing directly to https://cloud.acronis.com, it results in the same error.
Tried with IE, Chrome, Firefox & Safari (mobile) from different PC's, all the same error. It's not account related either, because I have 2 acronis accounts and there too the same error is generated. So I am looking at Acronis now, suspecting their server(s) or server applications
