Doesn't take backups anymore

Thread needs solution

I've set two schedules to take backups weekly (incremental) (one map and the other one is the entire C: partition).

This has always worked well (i had acronis 2015 and used the same schedule).

But now it doesn't take the backups anymore, even if i push take backup now.
I've already reinstalled acronis but still it does not work.

if i look at the startup items with windows, the scheduler is enabled so i don't think that's the problem.

What could this be.

Yes, my bi-weekly file backup schedule has also stopped working recently. Manual backup works fine.
Windows 10 and TI 2016 Build 5634.

If the backup task was created in 2015 or prior version and it has problems in 2016, i would stop using the problem task and create a new task with a new name.
