DriveCleanser icon disappears from System Tray

Thread solved

When I started the process of cleaning a drive using DriveCleanser, an Acronis icon appeared in the system tray, and when I hovered over it with the mouse, it indicated the progress with a percentage, for example, 24% complete.

While DriveCleanser was cleaning the drive, I left my PC running for a few hours, and when I came back, the system tray icon had disappeared, and there was no message indicating that the process had completed successfully.

How do I know if it completed successfully?

Is that how it's designed to behave? The icon disappears when it is complete, and no indication that it completed successfully?

I can't speak to 2016 since I haven't used it in several years, but in 2019, it outputs a notification that you have to click past when complete.  And it shows up when checking the log.

You may want to grab the MVP log viewer (linked in my signature) and check for a completion status with it.

If you right-click the system tray Acronis icon while the process is running, and select STATUS, a confirmation window will appear when the process is finished.
