Dual boot question

Thread needs solution

Acronis has one of the poorest warrante and support policies in the software world.  I've used True Image ever since version 7.  I have a question in regard to the activation on a dual boot computer and am unable to contact Acronis directly since their poor suipport lasts such a short time.  My question is, if you install True Image on both operating systems on a dual boot computer, are the installations considered one, or two as far as the activation is concerned??

Below is an extract from a similar discussion issued by Acronis CEO Gaidar regarding dual boot muti-disk installs:

"Result of my investigation: the license will work on a machine on various disks and various operating systems, as long as CPU ID and BIOS ID are the same. The license will not work on a virtual machine as CPU and BIOS ID will be different. Thus the scenario with multi-boot will work, as well as multiple disks with same or different copies of your system (I use that setup for testing purposes myself)."

Thanks for your reply, I'll try it and see.  When I was in the process of upgrading to 2016, Acronis didn't seem to know how to answer the question.  It was apparent the tech I corresponded with didn't have a clue.  Acronis has the poorest, and shortest tech support policy, and support staff of any software I've ever purchased.  They have a great product, just lacking in the support area, all around.
